This is the Delcop’s most successful service plan. In this plan your company pay for the monthly click count of the machines and gets:

• Copy - Print - Scan equipment.
• Initial Installation and transportation of the equipment.
• Corrective technical support.
• Preventive technical support.
• Replacement of worn out parts.
• Monthly delivery of consumables (toner, developer, etc).

• Initial training off your personnel A minimum volume of monthly clicks may apply depending on configuration.

   

In this service plans your company pay a fixed monthly fee and gets:

• Copy - Print - Scan equipment.
• Initial Installation and transportation of the equipment.
• Corrective technical support.
• Preventive technical support.
• Replacement of worn out parts.
• Initial training off your personnel.

For the leasing plan, the client can buy the equipment at the end of the lease for a predefined value or trade it for a newer model.
